I agree with the previous review, the box says 2000w and the hairdryer says 1700w, I have sent 'Ego Haircare' numerous emails and all have been ignored. This hairdryer is NOT worth the money, makes my hair go frizzy too!
For the price very disappointed in this product. It is advertised as a 2000w and the power output is pathetic compared to my old 2000w hairdryer and there is a sticker on it stating it is 1700w so from what i can see it isnt as advertised. not happy at all with the product and would not recommend it especially for the price.
Although the hairdryer is lovely looking and light it isnt as powerful as i thought it would be,it isnt any better than my dryer i got from argos. Very expensive for a disappointing hairdryer!!
(Response from Hairtrader - These EGO dryers use negative ions to dry the hair faster, they do not use massive air flow like other brands. These negative ions are more gentle and give the feeling that the dryer is not working very well and is not very poweful, this is not the case.)
