Delivery Rates

Our aim is to provide a high quality service for our customers which means we always try to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders are normally dispatched on the same day and always within 24 hours of receipt unless the product is out of stock, then you will be notified by email. A signature may be required on delivery and please make allowances for public holidays and weekends as we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control. Approximate delivery times in the UK are between 1 and 3 days. Products are sent by either Royal mail or a courier of our choice.

Standard UK Delivery:

Delivery is charged at a fixed rate of £2.95 regardless of size, weight or quantity of products ordered.

Please note: Some items do have free delivery and this will be displayed on the product description.

Other UK Delivery:

Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands Delivery:

Delivery is charged as per Standard UK rates unless the products have a total weight of over 25kg. In this instance their MAY be a small surcharge depending on the delivery area. You will be notified before dispatch and as soon as your approval has been confirmed, charged the extra accordingly.

Western European Delivery:

Western Europe comprises of:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark (inc Faroe Islands and Greenland), Finland, France (inc Andorra, Corsica and Monaco), Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland (Rep of), Italy (inc San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway (inc Spitzbergen), Portugal (inc Azores and Madeira), Spain (inc Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland (inc Liechtenstein).
