Our aim is to provide a high quality service with an easy to use checkout and ordering system. The process of ordering your hair and beauty products online from our store could not be easier, just follow the steps on screen and an account will be created and items paid for in a matter of clicks. Question : Do i need to pre-register ?

Answer : NO, you do not have to pre-register any details with us before purchasing. You can simply add products to your basket and then checkout. As you complete the checkout process an account is automatically created for you.

Question : How do I start shopping on your site ?

Answer : Simply press the "BUY NOW" button next to the product you require and it will be added to your shoppng basket. You can view your shopping basket at anytime and when you are ready to pay for your products click on the 'Checkout' icon, found at the top left of the screen or on the basket page.

Question : How do i checkout, i am new to internet shopping ?

Answer : Press the Checkout button, you will then be forwarded to the checkout stage and asked to enter your email address under the New Customers section. Enter your email address and press "Proceed". You will then be forwarded to the final checkout screen where you can enter your credit/debit card information and addess etc. Fill out all required boxes ensuring the card details are entered correclty and also you enter a password for your account, this password you will then use in the future to "Log in", check your account and make further purchases. At the bottom of the screen you will see a "Pay for Order" button, when you have completed and checked all information press once only and wait for the bank to authorise your card. You should now see a confirmation screen to show your order has been successful.

Question : Is the checkout procedure faster after my first order ?

Answer : Yes, after your first order most inforamtion is pre-filled in for you. This means when you have pressed the checkout button you will be asked for your email address and password only, then forwarded directly to the credit/debit card page where all address details are already completed leaving you only to fill out the card details (we do not store your card details on our systems for added security). Press "Pay for order" and the transaction is completed, what could be easier.

Question : Can i sign in before proceeding to the checkout ?

Answer : Yes, if you an account and wish to view your account history, change details or check previous orders you may sign in. If you decide to sign in before adding products to your basket and checking out it will not cause a problem, in fact it will make the checkout even faster. When you have all the products you require in your basket and press checkout you will enter the payment page where all information is pre-filled in allowing you a super fast checkout process.
