We offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee on all products purchased on Hairtrader.co.uk. All we ask is that all products you wish to return are unopened, unused and as we sent them to you. Any free gifts must be returned and warranty seals must not be broken. Once we have received and inspected the returned products we will refund you payment within 3 days but please allow up to 30 days for the funds to show in your account as this is an automated process by the banks which we have no control over. All refunds will be minus the postage charge of sending the products to you when you placed your order.
