Our aim is to provide a high quality service for our customers which means we always try to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders are normally dispatched on the same day unless the product is out of stock, then you will be notified by email. A signature may be required on delivery of your parcel.

Please make allowances for public holidays and weekends as we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control.

UK Delivery:

Delivery is FREE on all orders regardless of size, weight or quantity of products.

If you require next day delivery you can choose this at the checkout stage at a charge of £6.95.

All orders for the next day service must be completed before 2pm and do not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank holdiays.

Standard delivery times are between 1 and 3 days, all products are sent by either 1st Class Royal Mail, Special Delivery or a courier of our choice. UK destinations include BFPO, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.

Unfortunately due to new EU Legislation, we are unable to dispatch Perfume, Glass, Aerosols and battery operated items outside of the UK Mainland.

Prices on our site are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT.

What if my order has not arrived?

If you have not received your goods please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time (7 Days).
If after this time your goods have still not arrived, please check with your local mail delivery office to see that they are not holding your parcel. If they confirm that they do not have your goods, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
