Some internet sites may appear alot cheaper than ours and look like respectable online retailers but we are aware of many salon brands that have suffered massive counterfeit scams, loosing manufacturers and stockists millions of pounds. These imitation products use cheap replacement parts and ingredients leaving customers with poor and sometimes dangerous products.

All our products are sourced from either the manufacturer directly or the manufacturers direct supplier in the UK.

Most hair care products have a long shelf life, Organic products slightly less, but here at Hairtrader our turnover is great enough not for this to be a problem.
