I am writing to express how pleased I am with your customer service.
I work in a Customer Service environment myself and it makes a change to get such great service, when so many staff in the High Street shops are, frankly, hopeless. I was worried with buying this product On Line, that I would have a problem obtaining a replacement. No problem. You replied to my E Mail ultra quick and the replacement arrived even quicker.
I can assure you that I will be using your company again and have already told some of my friends of your service and good prices.

Received order yesterday (next day), so fab delivery service. Tried all the Big Sexy Hair products this morning and the sexy Straight Shine
My hair looks great today, been trying to grow it for some time and just had my extensions out, so it’s a bit straggly at ends until visit to hair salon. Full of volume, lovely waves and shine. Well impressed. Its feel good Friday!!
